DRINKS

Matcha Latte — Silky, aromatic, and never overly sweet. We whisk premium Japanese matcha to order for vivid green notes, natural sweetness, and a smooth finish.
Hojicha Latte — A low-caffeine roasted green tea latte with a deep, clean finish.
Americano — Medium-roast espresso; honeyed sweetness and a toasted-nut character, pulled on our high-end espresso machine.

IZAKAYA

By night, the kitchen transforms into a cozy izakaya-inspired experience. Bold small plates highlight Japanese craftsmanship—start with Squid stuffed with crab, shrimp mayo to Wagyu diced steak, elegant sashimi and carpaccio selections like yellowtail or red snapper. Pair your dishes with an Asahi or Kirin Japanese beer, a crisp highball, or a glass of sake.
